Founded in 1934, Iowa State Bank & Trust Company is a long standing Community Bank with deep family roots.  Our Mission is the same today as it was in 1934, "Take care of our customers and those who should be". Iowa State Bank & Trust Company is also deeply committed to our community.   Our employees actively participate on numerous non-profit boards and charitable organizations.  The artwork in the bank's gallery lobby changes throughout the year, and visitors are welcome to enter and view the local artists' work.  In the Spring, ISB&T hosts a kids' art exhibit, with hundreds of art pieces from local elementary school children. 

We are proud to be located in the heart of the Old Capitol Cultural District and to have an early, 20th century building that is a cornerstone of the downtown area and majestically stands adjacent to the UI Pentacrest on the corner of Clinton and Washington Streets.
