Parking Program

Many Downtown Association merchants participate in the Park & Shop/Bus & Shop Program. Merchants VALIDATE customers' parking tickets providing free parking and bus rides to people who shop downtown. Look for the Park & Shop logo on the doors and windows of participating merchants to receive FREE parking with a minimum purchase. Three Downtown public parking facilities honor the validated parking tickets:

1. Tower Place & Parking
   Iowa Avenue & Gilbert Street
   510 spaces
   $.75 per hour
2. Capitol Street Garage
   220 S Capitol Street
   875 spaces
   $.75 per hour
3. Dubuque Street Garage
   220 S Dubuque Street
   625 space
   $.75 per hour
